The Arabian Travel Market closed its doors on May 12, in Dubai, and Nezasa was one of the 1500 exhibitors lucky enough to take part in the biggest travel event in the Middle East.

Of all the points we could highlight around this year’s ATM, the biggest one has to be that live events are back. And they are, indeed, irreplaceable assets in our industry. After two years of uncertainty and a lot of setbacks, meeting travel experts face-to-face, on such a huge scale, added enormous value to the event and insights on what’s to come.

We had the chance to meet with a lot of potential customers, company representatives and market leaders, which helped us make sense of how the industry is reshaping itself.

And after four days, one thing was clear: data and personalisation walk hand to hand in the current market. Travel brands are demanding more from technological suppliers because travellers are demanding higher scales of personalisation.

On that front, the chance to show TripBuilder’s capabilities on-site was a huge advantage. Nezasa’s software is constantly expanding its customisation capabilities and responding directly to travel brands’ needs.

Being able to show specialists from all across the world exactly how we’re making planning and booking multi-day tours a simple task is the main reason we take part in events like ATM.

Nezasa shared its stand with Giata and BD4. It was an absolute pleasure to work in a creative partnership with both these companies and we thank them for their collaboration.
