At the helm of this innovative travel brand is Fabio Zecchini, who brought his extensive background in tech and travel to the project. Fabio’s experience with Musement, which he co-founded, gave him valuable insights into the travel tech space, which he now applies to Weebora.
Technological solution to address the needs of a complex marketplace
The Need for a Dynamic Solution
When Fabio started Weebora, he knew he needed a dynamic packaging solution that could keep up with the complex needs of his marketplace. That’s where Nezasa’s TripBuilder came in. “I was looking for something that could give me all the possibilities in terms of dynamic packaging,” Fabio explains. “We wanted to provide a platform that wasn’t just about selling padel experiences, but also included flights, hotels, car rentals, tour & attractions and more.”

Fabio managed most of the onboarding himself, but even working solo, he found the process straightforward and quick.
“The documentation was super clear. I always found everything I was looking for,” Fabio recalls. He particularly appreciated having access to both video tutorials and written guides, which catered to different learning preferences within his team. “It was all super fast and smooth.”

The Inspiration Behind Weebora
Fabio’s passion for padel sports played a big role in the creation of Weebora. A former professional tennis player who pivoted to a tech career, Fabio rediscovered his love for sports through padel. His own experiences booking padel sports travel and seeing the challenges firsthand inspired him to create a dedicated marketplace.
“I started playing padel a couple of years ago... and thought, why don’t we start creating this travel sport marketplace because there is a space and no one was doing that,” Fabio shares. He saw a gap in the market for a specialised platform that combines sports and travel, and he was determined to fill it.
Weebora’s innovative technology, coupled with its flexibility and global reach, has already attracted partnerships with renowned organisations in the padel world. As a result of its growing presence, Weebora has been selected by the International Padel Federation as their Official Travel Partner, and has also been selected as the Travel Partner for the Premier Padel Tournaments in Malaga, Madrid, Milan, and Barcelona.
