An AI agent formanaging trip risk

In short
Tai Guard by Nezasa is an AI agent for managing trip risk and the flagship agent in Tai Workbench by Nezasa, the AI-native agent platform for travel sellers. It checks every itinerary for flight, destination and connection risk, drawing on OAG’s independent flight data, historical and real-time. Each finding can go to someone on your team or to another agent, and you decide which steps need a person to confirm.

After the sale
Anyone who has run operations for a package business knows the shape of it. A confirmed booking, three weeks out: a flight, a private transfer, then the last boat to the island. The flight has a history of arriving late. Each supplier is fine on its own; it is the chain between them that breaks.
Everything needed to see it coming exists before departure. Yet the operations team too often finds out the way the traveller does: at the gate, on the phone, after the margin has gone.
Your team is not short of expertise. It is short of time to read every itinerary.
Cost 01
Found before departure, a weak connection is a quick change. Found at the gate, it is hours of calls, rebooking and supplier emails.
Cost 02
Every late fix is paid at a worse rate: rebooking at short notice, rehousing at peak prices, costs no supplier will refund.
Cost 03
A refund returns the money, not the holiday. The trip that goes wrong is often the last one that customer books with you.

Tai Guard is fully integrated with Nezasa TripBuilder. It also connects to other booking systems through the Tai Workbench connector framework, so you run it on the itineraries you already sell, whichever platform you sell them from. Adding Tai Guard does not mean changing the booking system your team already runs; it connects to it.
For flights, Tai Guard draws on OAG’s independent data, both historically and real-time. OAG’s data is what airlines, airports and distribution systems already plan against, and Tai Guard brings that same foundation to every itinerary it monitors. A flight finding reflects that flight’s own record, not a general warning about the route.

Tai Guard checks whether the connections hold and the trip makes sense in sequence: flight, transfer, then the last boat to the island. Each supplier can be fine on its own, so it looks at the chain between them.

Your team checks the bookings it has time for. Tai Guard checks every itinerary, so the risk sitting in the rest of your book surfaces too.

What Tai Guard checks, and how strict it is, is each operator’s call. A specialist in long-haul connections and a seller of short city breaks do not run the same guard.

Tai Guard runs inside Tai Workbench, so a finding does not stop at a report. Each one can be passed to a person or to another agent, and you decide which steps need a person to say yes before anything changes.

Fewer problems discovered by the traveller, less time spent chasing them, and margin kept rather than refunded.
