The integration provides Nezasa customers with access to TrustYou’s data, which analyzes over 140 review sources, covering more than one million hotels. The partnership introduces a freemium model, allowing eligible Nezasa clients to access top-level hotel ratings and recommendation scores at no cost. For deeper insights, a paid plan provides full review content and sentiment analysis, which enables travel agents to move beyond scores and use detailed feedback to support their recommendations.
