Tai Workbench comes with a growing set of built-in agents covering content production, workflow automation, supplier coordination and customer service. Operations teams can also create agents for their own internal workflows without writing code, by describing in plain English what the agent should do. Travel sellers using Tai Workbench in an early preview since June report resolving booking queries markedly faster than before.
Built for travel
Tai Workbench is purpose-built for the travel industry. Its building blocks understand multi-leg itineraries, supplier dependencies, booking lifecycles and the cascading effects when any element of a trip changes. Nezasa’s orchestration engine continuously tunes each agent to its specific task, so performance improves with use.
Tai is LLM-agnostic by design, which protects the investment for travel sellers: as AI models improve, the agents their teams already rely on simply get better, with no migration project, no switching costs and no dependence on a single AI provider.
Connected to booking data from day one
Tai Workbench is natively integrated with Nezasa’s TripBuilder packaging platform, giving customers access to their booking data out of the box. An open connector framework extends this further, allowing operators to easily bring in data from the other systems they already run, such as mid-office, CRM and reporting feeds.
